During a 1:1 session, clients are required to be in a quiet space where they will not be disturbed. Driving during a 1:1 session is strictly prohibited. Karla reserves the right to cancel the session without a refund if a client joins the call while driving.

Information shared during any session with Karla, like 1:1 sessions is intended to be helpful and encouraging. However, this information should be applied with discernment and common sense.

Karla Cristina, known as Sol, assumes no responsibility now or in the future for actions taken after any session, including 1:1 sessions, whether implied, assumed or otherwise.

Karla is NOT a professional. The services offered on this site should NOT replace professional treatment or consultation. If you are experiencing any physical or psychological concerns, please consult a medical professional.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refunds or rescheduling requests require 48 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded. However, if an emergency occurs and you miss a session, please email Sol to discuss options for rescheduling.

If you log into your session more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, you will only receive the remaining time in your appointment. Sol will not extend session time if you arrive late, as it would interfere with her other scheduled appointments.
